A focused tool, with a defined task
AI Concierge's AI Tools Assessment helps you identify AI opportunities and prepare a grounded action plan. It should work from relevant information you deliberately provide, with clear permission for any connected action. It is not a reason to share every conversation or every file.
How the pieces fit together
- You choose the task and inputs. Use summarized business context or authorized, relevant transcript excerpts.
- Your AI workspace processes the conversation. Its account settings, permissions, and policies apply independently.
- The connector receives the tool inputs needed for the task. Hosting, authorization, retention, and provider details need verification before public release.
- You review the result. A capable host creates the requested files. Check the evidence and output before acting.
Private access and platform availability
The assessment method is delivered through a Cofr-hosted connection, with individual account authorization. ChatGPT and Claude setup instructions are available in the connection guide. Email hello@returnmytime.com for access and setup questions. This opens your email application; it does not submit a form. Include your platform, the workflow you selected, and a redacted error message. No response-time guarantee is established by this preview.
For privacy requests, use the same address with “Privacy request” in the subject. For a suspected security issue, use “Security report” and describe the issue without including credentials or customer content.
Common questions
I cannot find AOA in the directory.
Public listings are in preparation. Authorized users can follow thecustom connection guide. The connection may appear as “AOA AI Opportunity Assessment.” Contact us if you need account access.
I connected, but the tools are missing.
Check that you authorized your own account and that the intended AOA connection is enabled. Refresh tools after an access change. If the assessment entry and report-handoff tools remain unavailable, send support your platform and the step that failed.
The report is text instead of a downloadable file.
Your host needs file-generation capabilities. Ask for the supported PDF and HTML outputs, then verify that real downloads are returned. Claude Code's local companion setup is separate from a Claude Desktop connection.
Can I share a client transcript?
Only when you have authority and the necessary permissions. Share relevant excerpts, remove unnecessary personal or confidential information, and check the actual service and platform privacy notices before submitting.
Will disconnecting delete my data?
Disconnection and deletion are different actions. Disconnect in the host to stop future access; contact us separately about existing information. The final service needs a verified retention and deletion process before public launch.
Does Academy membership include connector access?
Do not infer connector entitlement or pricing from Academy membership. Access and any commercial terms must be confirmed separately. This preview sells no subscription.
