- Relevant tools, knowledge connections, reusable AI skills, or workflows.
- Impact–effort priorities, prerequisites, and open questions.
- Estimated time savings only when a defensible baseline exists.
- A concrete next step and a way to measure effectiveness, efficiency, or quality.
The method favors useful recommendations over long lists. A simpler process or no new AI purchase can be the right answer. “Skills” means reusable instructions for an AI assistant, with defined inputs, tools, outputs, and review checks.

A useful report, in a portable format
The current package supports PDF and standalone HTML. Discovery guides also support editable Word documents. Your AI workspace generates the files after reviewing the source; the remote connector alone does not create a download. Check the report against your original information before sharing or implementing it.
The connection behind AI Concierge
AI Tools Assessment uses the hosted AOA AI Opportunity Assessment connection. You may see that name when adding its tools in ChatGPT or Claude. The vaulted method is hosted through Cofr; users need their own authorized setup.
A custom connection is distinct from a public marketplace listing. Directory submissions are being prepared; this website does not claim approved listings, official platform partnerships, or universal desktop compatibility. Check access and compatibility.
