AI Concierge is the product website for the AI Tools Assessment connector, developed with AI Operator Academy's assessment methodology. The service operator is CAPITAL FUNDS LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, through Return My Time and AI Operator Academy. Contact hello@returnmytime.com with questions.
These terms cover this website and the assessment connector. Other Return My Time connectors may have supplemental terms that identify their own scope.Academy membership, training, and human consulting services are separate offers.
What the assessment provides
The AI Tools Assessment guides business discovery, identifies potential AI opportunities, prioritizes workflows, and produces recommendations or a requested report. Particular tools, input routes, and exports depend on the released version and your AI platform.
This local website does not accept assessment submissions, execute connector tools, or process purchases. Examples illustrate the workflow and are not verified results for your business. An assessment recommends next steps; it does not itself provide implementation services or authority to act in your business systems.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old to use the assessment. If you use it for a business or another person, you must have authority to act for them and to share the relevant information. Follow the account requirements and terms of the AI platform you use.
Your information and instructions
Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and only material needed for the task. Obtain any required permission before sharing another person's transcript, personal information, or confidential business material.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive personal information. Do not request access to accounts or records you are not authorized to use. Review proposed actions and their consequences before authorizing them.
Review the recommendations
AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable recommendations. Validate important claims and apply qualified human judgment before making a decision or implementing a workflow. The assessment is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice.
Estimated savings, costs, priorities, and timelines depend on your inputs and assumptions. They do not guarantee earnings, time savings, operational performance, or business results. Academy membership guarantees do not apply merely because you use this connector.
Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in the material you submit. To provide the requested service, we need limited permission to process, transmit, reproduce, and store it where disclosed, for the assessment and the specific support, security, and service purposes in the applicable privacy notice. That permission does not extend to unrelated future uses.
Our branding, original templates, educational materials, and software remain owned by us or their licensors. Receiving an assessment does not transfer ownership of those underlying materials. AI-generated results may resemble other outputs and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual-property protection. Respect any applicable third-party rights when using a report.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respect privacy, confidentiality, and intellectual-property rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe accounts without permission, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious code or instructions.
- Do not use it for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or other prohibited activity.
- Do not present AI-generated material as independently verified or claim platform endorsement without evidence.
- Follow the permissions shown during connection and the applicable platform's usage policies.
Privacy and future uses
The privacy notice explains the website's current behavior and planned connector processing. Agreement to terms does not waive privacy rights or give blanket consent to future data uses. New incompatible purposes require an appropriate legal basis, updated disclosure, and any required consent; a terms update alone does not retroactively authorize them.
Other services and availability
Cofr supplies the connector's hosting and authentication surface. ChatGPT and Claude are separate services whose terms, privacy practices, and account settings govern your use of their platforms. References to them explain compatibility; they do not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or an approved marketplace listing.
Third-party features, permissions, and access may change. Service interruptions can occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. No uninterrupted availability or service-level commitment is established here.
Fees and stopping use
This website has no checkout and creates no payment obligation. Any paid connector offer must show its price, renewal terms, cancellation procedure, and refund policy before purchase. Separate Academy or consulting prices do not establish connector pricing.
You can stop using a connector and disconnect it through the relevant platform's settings. Disconnection affects future access as supported by that platform; it does not necessarily delete existing conversations, reports, or exports. Contact us using the privacy notice to ask about deletion.
Access may need to be restricted for misuse, security threats, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and any final service agreement.
Your legal rights
AI outputs are not promised to be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these proposed terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Material changes will require appropriate notice and agreement where applicable. Visiting this local website does not mean you accept unspecified future commercial terms or data practices.
