Who we are
AI Concierge is the product website for the AI Tools Assessment connector, developed with AI Operator Academy's assessment methodology. CAPITAL FUNDS LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the operator behind Return My Time and AI Operator Academy. Contact us at hello@returnmytime.com.
This notice covers this website and the assessment connector. Future Return My Time connectors will have supplemental notices explaining their particular permissions, information, and purposes.
This website
The current local website has no assessment form, account registration, checkout, analytics, advertising pixels, or application cookies. It does not accept assessment submissions or send your business information to a connector backend. Your browser requests pages and assets from the local development server; browsers and development tools may maintain their own technical records.
An email link opens your email application. If you send a message, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include through our email service. External links take you to separate services governed by their own privacy notices.
Information used for an assessment
The AI Tools Assessment is designed to turn information about your business into practical AI opportunities and recommendations. Its planned processing is limited to the requested assessment and the service purposes below. Actual collection and storage details remain subject to the verified connector notice.

Service-improvement telemetry must have a defined scope. This notice does not authorize collecting unrelated files or complete conversations for general research, advertising, or AI-model training.
Share only what is needed
Prefer summarized or de-identified examples. Remove unnecessary information about employees, clients, and meeting participants, and obtain any permission required to share their material. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identifiers, health records, or other sensitive personal information. Keep confidential assessment material out of ordinary support emails.
Cofr, your AI platform, and exports
Cofr provides the connector's hosting and authentication surface. ChatGPT or Claude provides the AI conversation in which you use it. Each service has its own terms, privacy notices, and account settings. This notice does not replace them or establish how much of a conversation a platform retains.
The exact information stored by Cofr or other service providers, storage locations, subprocessors, and any international transfer arrangements have not yet been verified for this connector. We do not claim that assessment data stays only on your device or is never stored.
If you request a report or file export, copies may be held by your AI platform or by the destination you choose. Downloaded and shared copies are subject to that destination's controls. Disconnecting the connector does not automatically delete platform conversations or previously exported files.
Retention and deletion
Connector retention periods, backup handling, and provider deletion procedures are not yet confirmed. No fixed deletion deadline or zero-retention promise is made here. For questions about information you have sent us, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@returnmytime.com.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Legal exceptions may apply. We may need reasonable identity verification to handle a request; do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
Changes in how information is used
Using the service does not grant unrestricted permission for future uses of your information. A new or incompatible purpose requires an appropriate legal basis, a clear updated notice, and consent where required before it begins.
This notice does not authorize selling assessment data, using connector content for advertising or audience targeting, or training general-purpose AI models with it. Any proposed secondary use needs separate review, disclosure, and any required choice or consent. Editing this policy alone does not retroactively authorize those uses.

The assessment is intended for people age 18 or older. Do not submit children's personal information. Contact us if you believe such information has been provided.
