AI CONCIERGE / CONNECTION GUIDE

Getting Started

Connect AI Concierge, choose your assessment path, and turn business context into a useful next step—all inside ChatGPT or Claude.

Before you connect

AI Opportunity Assessment follows Audit → Optimize → Automate: understand the work, simplify the process, then identify where AI can help. Start with a business outcome: better results, time returned, or a better customer experience.

Connect once using the instructions below, then select the connector in the conversation where you want to use it. If you are already connected, go straight to Your First Prompt.

YOUR WORKSPACE. YOUR ACCOUNT.

Connect AI Concierge.

Use the existing AOA assessment connection with your individually authorized account. These steps set up a custom connection; they do not install a public marketplace listing.

REMOTE MCP URLhttps://api.aiconcierge.io/mcp

The URL does not grant access. Complete only the connection setup issued for your own account. Need access? Contact us.

Set up in ChatGPT

  1. Enable custom connections.

On ChatGPT web, open Settings → Security and login → Developer mode. Availability depends on your plan and workspace permissions.

  2. Add the remote connection.

Open Plugins, choose the plus button, and add a connection named “AI Concierge — AOA Assessment.” Paste the MCP URL above into the endpoint field.

  3. Review access and tools.

Follow the authentication setup issued for your account. Review the tools before creating the connection. Never paste a shared operator token or password into a chat.

  4. Start an assessment conversation.

Add the connection from the chat's tools menu, then use the starter prompt below.

Your ChatGPT settings look different?

Some versions use Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode, then Apps → Create. Workspace administrators may use Workspace settings → Apps. If these options are missing, check your plan or contact your administrator. Start setup on the web; desktop feature availability may differ.

Set up in Claude

  1. Add a custom web connector.

In Claude on the web or desktop, open Customize → Connectors → Add → Custom → Web. Team workspaces may require an administrator to enable it first.

  2. Enter the connection details.

Use “AI Concierge — AOA Assessment” as the name and paste the MCP URL above. Select Continue.

  3. Complete your own authorization.

Review the detected authentication and use the setup issued for your account. Select Add and finish the connection prompts. Contact us if your account does not have access.

  4. Select the connector in a conversation.

Use the starter prompt below. Check that the AOA tools are available before sharing assessment material.

Using Claude Code instead?

Claude Code uses a separate remote MCP setup and may need a local file companion for deterministic exports. Ask support for the current setup package; connecting in Claude Desktop does not configure a local companion.

02 / START A CONVERSATION

Your First Prompt

Open a new conversation in ChatGPT or Claude and select the AI Concierge connection in the conversation's tools or connectors menu. Paste this prompt into that conversation—not into the connection settings.

Use the AI Opportunity Assessment connector to help me choose how to get started. Show me the four available paths: take a live mini assessment, prepare a personalized discovery-call guide, turn a mini-assessment transcript into a mini report, or turn a full-assessment transcript into a full report. Briefly explain what each path needs and produces, then ask which I want to use. Wait for my choice before starting the assessment.

Your connection may be named AOA AI Opportunity Assessment. Its tools are aoa_ai_opportunity_assessment and run_aoa_assessment_report_handoff. You do not need to call them by hand: your assistant uses the entry tool and continues to report preparation when it has the needed context.

What should happen next?

The assistant should introduce the four paths, explain the available outputs, and ask which you want. Reply with a path's name or number. It should wait for that choice rather than starting an interview or inventing a report.

If your first message already identifies a path, the assistant can skip the menu. It should reuse facts you have provided, ask one focused question at a time when important context is missing, and keep unknown information explicit.

Choose the path that fits your starting point

1. Take a live mini assessment

Use this when: you want to explore one useful improvement and do not have a transcript.

Try: “Use AI Opportunity Assessment to run a live mini assessment of my business. Ask the five mini-assessment questions one at a time, reuse anything I have already answered, and wait for my response to each question.”

Expect: five questions covering your desired outcome, recurring work, where work gets stuck, who does it and the time involved, and what an improvement would change. Answer in your own words. If you do not know a number, say so; label estimates as estimates.

You receive: one evidence-supported recommendation, the assumptions or gaps, a practical next action, and a way to judge whether it helps. The mini is a focused starting point, not a full business audit.

2. Prepare a personalized discovery-call guide

Use this when: you are preparing to interview a business owner or team and want relevant questions before the call.

Try: “Use AI Opportunity Assessment to prepare a discovery-call guide for a residential cleaning company. The desired outcome is less time spent coordinating schedules. I will speak with the owner. Prepare the agenda, relevant questions, follow-ups, and notes space for the future interview.”

Replace the example with your business type and desired outcome. Add the interviewee's role, current process, tools, and known constraints if available. A business description and outcome are enough to begin; you should not need to answer the future interview just to obtain its guide.

You receive: a tailored objective, agenda, selected questions and follow-ups, and room for notes. This is preparation for discovery, not assessment findings. The assistant selects relevant questions; it does not ask you to work through the entire question bank.

3. Turn a mini-assessment transcript into a mini report

Use this when: you already have a short assessment conversation and want a focused recommendation.

Try: “Use AI Opportunity Assessment to turn the attached mini-assessment transcript into a mini report with exactly one recommendation. Preserve the evidence, distinguish estimates from measured results, identify missing context, and include the next action and a measurement plan.”

Attach or paste the actual transcript in the same conversation. Keep useful speaker labels and any explicit constraints. Share only material you are authorized to use. If you have not supplied the source yet, the assistant needs it before it can produce a grounded report.

You receive: one conditional recommendation supported by the conversation, relevant quotations, unknowns, and a practical test. The assistant should not repeat questions already answered in the transcript.

4. Turn a full-assessment transcript into a full report

Use this when: you have completed a broader discovery conversation and want prioritized opportunities and an action plan.

Try: “Use AI Opportunity Assessment to analyze the attached full-assessment transcript. Review tools, business knowledge, reusable AI assistant skills, and workflows. Develop only the opportunities supported by the evidence. Prioritize them, preserve unknowns and constraints, and prepare a full assessment report with a practical action plan.”

Include the original transcript and any relevant, authorized supporting notes. Explain which source should take precedence if notes conflict. Identify the desired outcome and constraints when known; do not manufacture missing baselines or targets.

You receive: evidence-backed priorities, an impact-and-effort view where the inputs support scoring, an ordered plan, and a measurement approach. Here, “skills” means reusable instructions for an AI assistant. A simpler process or better use of an existing tool can be the right recommendation.

Review, correct, and request your files

Read the findings before using them. Check business facts, speaker quotations, constraints, assumptions, and proposed next steps. Explain any correction in the same conversation so the assistant can update the affected recommendations.

Follow-up prompt: “Review this assessment against my original source. Keep unsupported claims and unknown values explicit. Apply the AOA report design and create the final PDF and standalone HTML files. Verify that both contain the same substantive findings and provide the actual downloads.”

For a discovery guide, add: “Also provide an editable Word document.” Reports support PDF and standalone HTML; Word applies to discovery guides. Your AI workspace must support file generation. The connector supplies the workflow and report-preparation instructions; your assistant creates the files. A text response or a proposed filename is not a downloadable artifact.

Open each file, check that it belongs to your assessment, and save it to a destination you control. Recommendations are proposals for your review; the assessment does not purchase tools, connect business accounts, or implement changes.

If the conversation does not follow this flow

  • Generic advice instead of an assessment: confirm the connector is selected, then ask the assistant to use the AI Opportunity Assessment connector for your chosen path.
  • Repeated questions: point to the answer already supplied and ask it to reuse that context.
  • Unclear transcript type: say whether you want a mini report or a full report.
  • No download: ask for actual file generation. If your workspace cannot create files, retain the draft and contact support about a supported setup.
  • Missing tools or authorization failure: use support with your platform and a redacted error message. Do not send account tokens or confidential transcripts in the support email.

Connection setup happens in your AI platform. This website does not receive your credentials or run the assessment.

Access & marketplace availability

The existing hosted assessment requires individually authorized access. Copying the server URL does not create an account, grant membership, or complete sign-in. Contact hello@returnmytime.com for your account’s setup.

Public ChatGPT and Claude directory listings are in preparation. This guide describes custom connection steps, not an approved marketplace installation. Your plan, region, platform version, and workspace administrator can affect availability.

Check the connection before sharing context

Confirm the assessment entry and report-handoff tools appear. Start with a mini assessment or discovery guide. For transcript work, provide only relevant material you have permission to share; remove unnecessary personal details, secrets, and confidential information.

Review the report, then save it

Ask for PDF and standalone HTML. Discovery guides can also produce an editable Word document. Your AI workspace must support actual file generation. Check the draft against your source, open the downloads, and confirm they contain the expected report.

The package records ChatGPT file-generation testing and a Claude Code remote-to-local mini workflow. These are different from fresh-account verification on every desktop client. Native ChatGPT download behavior and Claude Desktop artifact delivery still require specific validation. If a file is missing, use support and troubleshooting.

Disconnect or request deletion

Remove the connector in your platform’s settings to stop future access as supported by that platform. Disconnection is separate from deleting information already submitted. Use our privacy contact for an access or deletion request.
